ETA Cleaning and Organizing

I'm a solo certified cleaner/certified organizer.

Disposable Latex gloves are worn in ALL cleaning functions.  Kitchens, bathrooms, vacuum and dusting 

 Each customer is assigned a purple nylon washable bag containing supplies for their home to prevent carrying germs from one home to another.  This includes clean sponges, cloths, grout brushes, microfiber cloths, and washable mop heads for floor cleaning 

Kitchen floors and bathroom floors are automatically washed.  I use a spin mop and/or a flat mop which both have removable washable heads 

All equipment is disinfected after each cleaning before going to the next home including vacuums  & all attachments.

I've been cleaning homes since 1995.   I'm very detailed, responsible, dependable.  I have excellent references upon request.   

My family and I are a smoke/pet free family 

ALL of my houses are smoke free & most are pet free

Homes that have pets have their own sets of equipment that I supply

I am certified in organizing and that is priced hourly

I offer flat rates for every 2 weeks & every 4 weeks

There are no contracts to sign
